Can I return my product?

Unfortunately, We do not have "Return & Replacement policy due to Covid - 19 restrictions.  

Are your products available in physical stores?

Yes, our products are available in numerous physical stores across the country. Please contact us if you would like to find a store near you.

Do you take bulk orders?

We do take bulk orders and can provide a discount based on the order size. If you are playing in a sports league and want to make custom kits for your team just drop us an email. Please note that you need to have authorization for use of the logo and / or not be infringing on another brand’s copyright.

How do I know that my order has been placed?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the details of your order. 

Can we cancel the order?

Once order placed, cannot be cancelled. It can be modified or re-edited (incase of wrong input in order). For remodifications, please get in touch with our whatsapp support team.

What if the product received is broken or damaged ? 

We will send you an new product if your product is faulty, broken or damaged. Only if you have a proper video while unboxing the package received from our delivery partner. Otherwise there would be no refund nor replacement.

What if my order is returned to origin without reaching me (RTO Cases)? 

We try our best to deliver the order to your doorsteps in first place. If order is not picked up first time then we try to re-deliver the order for at least 3 times for consecutive days. If still the order is not received by the customer then the package is returned to us. If any customer reaches us after that then we would charge extra delivery fees on such orders to reship it.
