Can I return my product?

Unfortunately, We do not have Return & Replacement policy. 

Note: If your jersey is plain (Not Customized) then get in touch with WhatsApp Support team. After verifying if the product is replaceable, our team shall help you with the return. Shipping Charges Applies.

Are your products available in physical stores?

Yes, our products are available in numerous physical stores across the country. Please contact us if you would like to find a store near you.

Do you take bulk orders?

We do take bulk orders and can provide a discount based on the order size. If you are playing in a sports league and want to make custom kits for your team just drop us an email. Please note that you need to have authorization for use of the logo and / or not be infringing on another brand’s copyright.

How do I know that my order has been placed?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the details of your order. 

Can we cancel the order?

Once order placed, cannot be cancelled. It can be modified or re-edited (incase of wrong input in order). For remodifications, please get in touch with our whatsapp support team within 24 hours of Order Placement.

What if the product received is broken or damaged ? 

We will send you an new product if your product is faulty, broken or damaged. Only if you have a proper video while unboxing the package received from our delivery partner. Otherwise there would be no refund nor replacement.

What if my order is Returned To Origin without reaching me (RTO Cases)? 

We try our best to deliver the order to your doorsteps in first place. If order is not delivered first time then we try to re-deliver the order for at least 3 times for consecutive days. If still the order is not received by the customer then the package is returned to us. If any customer reaches us after that then we would charge extra delivery fees on such orders to reship it. 

What to Do if your Package is Marked Delivered but not Received ?

In the event your tracking information shows your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, we do ask that you check with nearby neighbors to see if your package was accidentally delivered to the wrong address, or check with the front desk of your residential complex to see if they are holding your package.

Please note: You must reach out to House of Jersey support team within 2 days of your tracking information saying “delivered” in order for us to initiate a claim for your package.

Also, If you reach out support team after 2 days then we wont be responsible for the loss.
